Yes it’s true… I have been missing in action for a short stint, but I assure you it’s for a good reason. Behind the scenes, there has been a lot going on in the world of Real Estate Investing. In fact, after enjoying a vacation with my lovely wife Karen, we sold our house!
This was a huge victory for us partly because I took much pride in building the home with my own hands and also it is another iron in the fire for me as a Real Estate Investor!
There have been many other changes that have taken place over the last few months that I want to tell you about. Along with many other victories, my team and I are in the process of working through technical difficulties that come with switching Web Hosting Providers, fighting to keep my domain names jaysthilaire.com, jaysrenttown.com & jaysreitraining.com and re-evaluating the best way to provide you all with the absolute best content that I can provide.
As of right now, my design and development team are working on finding and removing the “kinks” and bugs from my websites and Social Media Tools. You may ask “Why?”. That’s a good question. The reason is that over the next 8 months, this will be a crucial phase in my Real Estate Investing Business and my online presence. Both my investment ventures and my Real Estate Teaching, Training and Online Course Offerings will endure intense scrutiny. There will be many new offerings that will be available to you in the near future, not to mention improvements to FREE course materials to help you become a Real Estate Investor or if you just need information on how to sell or purchase a Rent to Own Home.
With that out of the way, I want to encourage you to engage with me on this site or ask me any questions on Facebook by clicking this link. This site is always under construction because we add content regularly. If you encounter any problems whatsoever, do me a favor and send me a note or leave a comment in the “comments” section below and I will have my Website Designer take a look at it.
As always, thanks for reading.
